Halloween!!!

As everyone can see......Doug and I dressed up as Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head!!! We made our costumes...and won best couple for the 3rd year in a row!!!! We rock!!

As for the kids, Liam was of course "Charlie Brown"....doesn't he look just like him! And Layla was a kitty!!! She was so cute.

And if you couldn't tell from the pictures, Layla is crawling!!! She is everywhere. She is pulling herself up to everything and I'm sure will be walking soon.

As for the pictures...they were taken at my grandfather's birthday party!

Hello everyone!!! We had a great Labor Day weekend!!! This was Layla's first pool party and she loved it! Liam loves jumping in the water to his daddy! It was a perfect day!!!

Notre Dame 2008!!!

The Irish have started another year of Football and for the Tibbs family...that means a lot of long travels up to South Bend!!! We love it and wouldn't miss it for the world!!! We have a new Irish cheerleader this year....she's doing a wonderful job cheering on her big brother...future QB!!

Yep...we got to sing!!!! It was a great day for everyone, except when we miss our train back b/c we miss placed Duane. All is good...we found him!!!

State Fair Pictures

The Tibbs family hit up the State Fair last night!!! It was a great weekend. Jeff, Jennifer, Doug and I went to the fair on Saturday night and saw the Josh Gracin concert....it was great! We all had a good time and ate way too much food!! On Sunday after our Fantasy Football Draft...we took the kids to the fair. They loved it....we got a new double stroller and they like riding together. We got to eat some more really bad food and see the horses...which was awesome. Under the Weather!!

News from the home front.......Doug and I got very sick this weekend. Both of us with fevers over 100 and with 2 little babies to take care of.....let me tell you it's been hard! Luckily...if you want to say that...I got sick this weekend at my mom's house on Saturday morning and Doug didn't get sick until Saturday in the middle of the night. I didn't leave the bedroom at my mom's all weekend! Now...when I said luckily.....I meant Doug had help taking care of the kids.



So I went to the doctor on Monday and I guess it was either strep, but their not sure.....SO since my doctor wasn't in on Mondays...this doc said she would give me a lovely Z-PAC aka life saver!!! So I took my first dose yesterday and I was starting to feel better. So Doug decided he needed to get some meds too and was planning on going to the doctor on Tuesday. So "we" decided he could just take some of my pills and start feeling better and when he got his....I could get my 2 pills back. Anyway, so Doug went to take the pills and they are missing. Liam is a really good at "hide and watch mommy and daddy seek!!!" We still have no idea where he has put them.


SO at the end of the day........I guess the joke is on us! But as for now we are both starting to feel better!

Layla and Liam update!!!

As everyone knows...we have been very busy lately!!! Liam and Layla are getting so big! Layla will be turning 5 months on Saturday and Liam will be 2 in October!!! Crazy how fast they are growing.

As for Liam, he is now saying sentences and his latest is telling us that "I don't want it"!!! It's funny, but when he has pooped himself and kicking you as your trying to change his diaper.......not so funny. On a happier note, he is swimming like a fish...we had to get him a life jacket b/c he will just jump in the pool. He can swim pretty good! As for the big brother role....he is starting to really like Layla. I think he wishes she could get up and play with him, but not yet.

As for Layla, she's getting so big. She got her first 2 teeth a couple of weeks ago and they are so cute. She has this huge smile and all you see are those 2 little teeth!!! She is rolling over now and trying to crawl........I know......you think I'm crazy, but she's got a big brother to play with!!! She is now eating baby food and cereal.....which she loves. I just can't believe how fast she is growing!!!

I'll write more in a few days and I'm sure by then we'll have so updates!!!
